All initial site visits and estimates are free of charge unless otherwise stated. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Any changes in project scope or unforeseen conditions may result in an amended quote.

6. Booking, Deposits & Cancellation

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The specific amount and payment schedule will be outlined in your project agreement.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your project up to 7 days before the agreed start date for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made with fewer than 7 days’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted total.

7. Workmanship Guarantee

We take pride in the quality of our work. Unless otherwise stated, all work carried out by AW Constructions is covered by a 12-month workmanship guarantee from the date of completion. This guarantee does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, natural wear and tear, or third-party interference.

8. Use of Subcontractors

We may engage vetted subcontractors to carry out certain elements of your project. All subcontractors are expected to work to the same professional standards as AW Constructions.
